Sun-drenched bokeh of orange and blue light over Gozo at golden hour

The Sunday Club · A Von Peach × Bored Peach Club concept · Gozo

Strategy under the sun.

We believe the best thinking doesn't happen under fluorescent lights. It happens when people feel human; warm, unhurried, a little off-duty. The Sunday Club is our answer to the corporate workshop: same strategic rigour, completely different energy.

The concept

A state of mind, not a day.

The Sunday Club is inspired by the feeling of Sunday: a slower, softer moment where time stretches, conversations flow naturally, and ideas come more freely.

Sunday doesn't represent a day, but a state of mind: creative, open, human, and disconnected from the pressure of everyday work culture. The word Club adds a sense of belonging, an intimate and curated community rather than a traditional corporate workshop or retreat.

Rigour

Structured strategy sessions, facilitated by senior practitioners. The same sharpness you'd expect from any serious offsite.

Warmth

A fully designed three-day stay: villa, food, swims, golden hour walks. The setting does half the work for you.

What to expect

Three days. One villa. A real piece of work shipped.

Arrival

A soft landing — apéro, dinner, no slides.

Welcome

A rooftop apéro, dinner in the courtyard, and a soft kickoff. No slides. We meet the team, set the intention for the three days, and let everyone exhale before the work begins.

Day 01

Map the real question. Walk it off. Dinner long.

Morning

A long working session on the terrace. We map the real question behind the brief and align on what 'done' looks like by Friday.

Afternoon

An unstructured walk along the cliffs to let ideas settle. Phones away, no agenda — the work keeps running in the background.

As the sun sets

Informal review around a cold drink, then a long, slow dinner. The first signal of where the answer wants to go.

Night

A small fire, music, and conversations that wander. Optional, never staged.

Day 02

Generate, kill the weak ones, sharpen the strongest.

Morning

A generative session — rapid concepts pressure-tested live by the room. We kill the weak ideas early.

Afternoon

Split into focused pairs to push the strongest direction. Two senior facilitators float between rooms.

As the sun sets

A swim, then a working dinner where the deck takes shape on a long shared document.

Day 03

Land it. Espresso. Goodbye that feels earned.

Close

A final morning to sharpen the output, rehearse the story, and leave with a deliverable your team can actually use on Monday. We close with espresso and a goodbye that feels earned.

Reasons groups come

Why teams choose The Sunday Club.

A reset that produces output

Most offsites generate energy and forget to capture it. We design the three days so you leave with a real artefact — a strategy, a plan, a deck — not a Miro board nobody opens again.

Senior thinking, no agency theatre

Small group, senior facilitators, no juniors taking notes. Conversations stay sharp because nobody is performing for the room.

The setting does the heavy lifting

Gozo in shoulder season — warm light, long meals, quiet roads. People drop their armour by hour two. That's where the good ideas live.

The place

Gozo. A small island that feels like a long exhale.

Three places do the heavy lifting for us — the island itself, the villa we work from, and the table we end every day around.

01 — The Land

An honest island, a short ferry.

Gozo moves slower than its sister island. Honey-coloured limestone, cactus, fig trees and a coastline that looks unreal at six in the evening. Twenty-five minutes from Malta airport plus a short ferry. You arrive and your shoulders drop.

02 — The Bored Peach Club

A farmhouse built for long days.

A private farmhouse with a pool, a long shaded working terrace, eight bedrooms, and a kitchen built for the kind of dinner that runs late. Yours alone for the duration.
